Client: Security Document Printer

Mandate: Design/build a custom system that collates the security documents into the conveyor section, verifies the authenticity of each piece, audits each document and presents to the custom envelope for insertion and exit of the line.
 

Provide batch counters for the different denominations and a single feeder for slip sheets to feed, batch count and package the stamps or currency to prepare them for the shrinkwrapping process. The package must be perfectly square upon entrance and exit of the shrink wrapper or high speed envelope inserter.
