Client: Household Name Greeting Card Manufacturer

Mandate: Design/build a custom collator and boxing line for greeting cards, business cards, direct mail and accompanying envelopes.

Incorporating an automated in feed, a box gluing section, transfer the open top boxes through the line and allow the batch feeders to feed and drop off the collated set of cards and envelopes into the box automatically. The set then exits the line to be stacked offline or inline to a shrinkwrapper.
