Mandate: Design/build a turnkey packaging system within a tight financial budget that is both flexible and scalable.

Provided multiple station collator that allows feeders to be moved around online or offline.

The final installed system met the financial target and performed at speeds of up to 9,000 pp hour.

1 x Longford ADX Custom Conveyer with automatic infeed from cheque making machine to discharge into the envelope or box system
