Client: Piggyback™ System For Pharmaceutical Printers

Mandate: Design/build, install custom collating/tipping package multi-folded (up to 120 page) outserts.
Sets must be verified to confirm bar code is accurate and rejected if inaccurate.

Piggyback™ system incorporating three custom C350 feeders each with a bar code scanner. Inline conveyor with rejector with ‘up stacks’ of the exit that allows client to automatically load trays, prepare for end pharma client usage.
