Design/build multi-station feeder/collation system that uses unique ‘grouping feeders’ which allow batching in the exit of the feeder. Feeders are easily added or subtracted from the line or moved to other lines in the plant or other plants. Policing control ensures accurate timing as line ramps up and down in speed and collation sequence. Provide inline rejector to allow line to feed running while rejecting short packages. Feeders run side (90°) or straddle mount (inline) depending on client layout.
