Mandate: Design and produce turnkey solution of high speed collation/fulfillment system that is able to randomly or selectively feed, collate and overwrap anywhere from one to 75 cards in a signal pass of up to 24,000 packs per hour. Inline reject allows continual run while taking off short packs. Industrial controller allows continual monitoring of each feeders performance and overall line performance.
Provide batch/surge model B350 trade card feeders with custom batch table. Feeders may be added to line or taken away up to 80 feeders on the line.
Complete randomization, selectivity or win/lose programming allows the line complete flexibility of collation sequence and packaging.
