Mandate: Provide a custom system that produces finished matte framed posters, ready for sale in art and specialty stores.
 

Design/build and install a complete turnkey large format poster collation and tipping system. A C750 feeds the large (up to 36”x40”) backer card in the dual lugged conveyor, glue is applied across the backer card and the poster is tipped on using a VC200 vacuum feeder. The tipped on posters have glue applied to the outside edges and the matte frame is tipped on using another C750 feeder. The finished prints are then labelled and ready for sale.
